Location

Bees cottage is located as part of North Ancroft Farm which is accessed
via a private road situated off the B4525 adjacent to Ancroft Bridge.

From the South

Turn left off the A1 sign posted Oxford farm. At the T junction turn left
onto the B4525. Follow the road past Nabhill Farm on the left and after 200
yards immediately before Ancroft Bridge, turn right onto the private driveway
for Ancroft Farm North. Follow the road for ½ mile, Bees cottage is the first
cottage you will see immediately in front of you.

From the North

Turn right off the A1 onto the B4525 sign posted Wooler. Pass Oxford Farm on the right and
then Nabhill Farm on the left and after 200 yards immediately before Ancroft Bridge,
turn right onto the private driveway for Ancroft Farm North. Follow the road
for ½ mile, Bees cottage is the first cottage you will see immediately in front
of you.
